Rating - 3.5 out of 5 Overall, the service was decent. The delivery arrived on time and was fast, which I appreciated. However, there were a few issues that impacted the experience. Some items were damaged during transport, and a few boxes containing more fragile items were placed at the bottom, which led to them getting smashed. While the speed was great, the care in handling could have been better. Would recommend with some caution, especially for more delicate items.

Very good at estimating truck bed space utilization and they actively look for something to do during the move. I did not see them slack off, well organized, and really did use up all available space in my 15 ft truck.

We booked late Friday night for that Sunday. Scott Thomas (owner) called the next morning and gave info moving from storage in Manteca 10'x30' to storage in Lodi 10'x25'. He let us know that him and another mover would be helping us at both locations, which was such a relief. They arrived on time, were friendly and professional. They moved so much stuff and packed everything into 27' truck perfectly. Upon unloading, they worked wonderfully with my daughter in organizing and placing everything perfectly so everything fit and access was amazing. They also came back to our garage in Manteca to pickup a few more pieces of furniture & drop off a large tool chest. We were so happy we chose Thomas Movers. We would definitely use them again!! Thank you Scott Thomas and your mover for doing such a great job!!

Scott Thomas (owner) & one of his movers did an excellent job loading up our 30' x 10' storage into our 27' truck perfectly and met us at our new storage. Their expertise helped organize & utilize our new 25' x 10'. They were great at communication and contacted me first thing Saturday morning, after booking them late Friday night around midnight, for our Sunday move. They helped us go back to Manteca to load more furniture from our garage and drop off one item into garage and unloaded again in new storage in Lodi. They were friendly, professional, efficient and brought their own professional Dolly's and straps. Everything went smoothly with respect to our furniture, crates, and miscellaneous property. Everything fit perfectly with pathways to access whatever we needed. Thank you Thomas Movers!! Definitely an excellent choice.

Scott and Jason drove from Sacramento to Reno to unload our Uhaul truck. They were early to arrive, clean, very. Personable and accommodating. Scott was on top of confirming the job and following through with our contract. I would highly recommend Thomas Moving Company for any type of moving needs. Five stars for sure.
