I moved from a 2 bedroom apt (the 2 bedrooms on second floor) to another 2 br apt which was entirely on the second floor. Hired a crew of 2 people for 4hrs. I was told that due to the rainy weather the regular crew members refused to show up and one of people in the replacement crew did not have that much experience. In the process of carrying furniture to the U-Haul truck they broke 2 of my bookcases (they are now unusable)! The job took 5hrs and they agreed that it wasn't advisable to charge me for the extra hour. My biggest concern is that they didn't seem entirely honest about how the damage occurred and acted as if it was just normal stuff that happens during a move. The 2 items that are now in the trash cost me about $350 total and were purchased less than 2 years ago. I will not hire them again, and could not recommend them in good faith. I you have to use them and have furniture you care about, either disassemble it or hire somebody else.

They came when the other mover failed to show up. They agreed to come back and help some more when I ran out of room in the truck. Very friendly and knowledgeable about placement, packing and available space.
