The team did an amazing job of Tetris. The truck was loaded top to bottom, side to side, and back to back.

Horrible service, horrible customer service, horrible communication. I would not recommend this company, go with someone else. Movers were 30 minutes late with barely any communication. Paid for three hours of help, only got two hours. Movers requested to leave before the two hour mark. We were told that the last hour would be refunded. However, I was then informed that they would not honor the pro rated time frame after the fact and I had already given them the payment code. Had I known I would have been responsible for the full three hours, we sure could have used the additional help for the last hour, but they made it clear they were ready and leaving before the two hour mark. Disgusted, this company does not have any values, as a disabled veteran I'm in shock that this veteran founded company would treat their customers this way. Do yourself a favor and give someone else a chance to take care of you. Movers were already tipped cash as well.

Carlos and Rego came about 45 minutes earlier than expected but it worked out since we were ready for them. The work that was expected to take at least 1.5 hours was done in 30 minutes! They handled my stuff with care and these two were really strong and lifted some heavy stuff with ease. I would definitely recommend these two.
