When they first found out the U-Box wasn’t ready, they should have let me know before going out to get a bite to eat so I could try to figure things out with U-Haul. However, they were communicative and professional during every other part of the move, including confirming the day and time and including details for the specialized move required with a large upright piano.

I had Eddy & his team load 2 storage units into a Uhaul for my cross country move & had one mishap after another causing a delay in loading for a few days. Eddy & his team were patient, helpful, & accomodating through it all & worked to fit my loading in around their other scheduled moves. I recommend Big Guys for your moving needs.
