The company did not contact me after the order was placed. I had to contact them after 3 days of waiting where as the other mover contacted me the same day. They also did not contact me the day before to confirm or on the morning of the move. Both times, I had to initiate the confirmation. However, they came on time and completed the job within a reasonable time. The leader (driver) was professional and courteous; however, the assistant was extremely unprofessional. He reeked of body order despite it was the first job of the day. He constantly leaned on our property as he pushed it forward almost throwing himself on them. He was not careful with our belongings and saw him banging them against the wall a few times. We provided them with a few cans of soda but he didn't even attempt to throw the cans in the trash after the job was complete. He left them in the cargo area. The leader disposed them for him instead.

They were right on time. Let me know when they were 5 minutes away. They got everything done in 90 minutes, loading and unloading. Great guys. I recommend them.
