They were timely & efficient however I would not use this company again. As a military family we hired them to assist in the move. If hired please make sure to take apart your furniture prior to their arrival or they will not move it. Smaller items will not be moved if not boxed properly. Tv stand was unfortunately broken & I was left to finish the move all by myself.
