Juan and Christian helped me with my move and they showed up on time and packed my uhaul with ease. We werent sure if all of my items would fit, but they were great at communicating and were able to puzzle all of my items together and I didnt end up having to trash any furniture. The only thing I would change is they only tied down my fridge even though I asked them to make sure to tie down large items as they went and I made sure to provide plenty of rope and tie downs for them. They did know that I was taking the uhaul on a long trip (900 miles) and I wanted everything to be very secure. Because nothing was really tied down, many items had shifted by the time I reached my destination and a few items had some damage to them. So not having my items tied down when I specifically asked for that was a little disappointing but overall it was a good experience.

My movers were awesome, I scheduled my move super late and unfortunately we weren’t able to move everything in the two hours allotted but the company was nice enough to call and let me know that they wouldn’t charge for the extra time. Overall I would recommend Luna movers to anyone looking to move! They went above and beyond!

Great experience with Luna moves you. I and a 12-1 arrival window. I received a phone call at 1245 ish for a 105 arrival. They showed up on time, got the truck loaded quickly and well, and we're done in less time than I had thought. We did need to do a little adjusting to make sure nothing would move around, but otherwise perfect. I wish I could book them for unloading, but I'll be too far away.
