I’m so upset from my experience. I should have been told before the truck was full and that there wasn’t enough room for the remaining third or so of my stuff before the truck was completely packed. I had to go rent a bigger uhaul and wait for them to completely unpack and repack the two trucks. Should have been brought to my attention way sooner. I did not know until a new company and I were unloading the truck that several of my expensive ANTIQUE, VINTAGE pieces were completely damaged. My midcentury credenza is completely broken on one side. I don’t even think it’s reparable, it’s completely falling apart on one side. My bedroom set is Stickley from the early 90s and the mirror frame is broken into 2. They must have known they broke it because the mirror was packed separately. The posts for my bed frame are completely scratched beyond repair. I’m so upset with all of this. Nothing should have been damaged and if it was, tell me at the very least. Really, really upset about this.
