The reason why I gave three stars on communication is because is a two way street so I take responsibility for not asking Pacific Coast movers what the actual charges were for two extra men- even so- all other communication was great. Moving is stressful enough, but a one way move is even worse, especially when you get the run around regarding whether you will have your truck at the time and on the day you reserved the truck for the move. Even with all my careful planning and confirming and reconfirming the truck was not ready for me or at the location specified. I ran late for my loading appointment with Pacific Movers, which made the day even more stressful, but Pacific Movers was awesome! Without their tips about reserving the truck for a day earlier than the move I think things would have been far worse than they were. Pacific Movers was extremely gracious in accommodating my change of plans. The men worked very hard and efficiently. Each of them was professional! Tks!
