They were not conscientious about fragile items and did not take well to requests about how to move things carefully. The also complained about the way we packed our belongings.

These guys were amazing! I ended up being 2 hours late due to hitting LA traffic while moving from up north and they were extremely flexible with their time. They unloaded my uhaul extremely fast and put my furniture together very well. Would absolutely recommend and hire them again!
