Outstanding Moving Experience – Highly Recommend! A&E was fantastic from start to finish! Their communication was excellent, they confirmed my booking twice and updated me on their arrival. Jay and Anthony showed up on time, fully prepared with dollies, and took charge of organizing and stacking efficiently. I was shocked by how fast and strong they were, moving my heavy items like a Purple mattress, futon, and bookcases with ease. They completed my two-bedroom move in under three hours while being extremely respectful of my belongings and space. They even went above and beyond, offering advice on maneuvering my U-Haul safely. Plus, their sense of humor made the whole experience stress-free. If anyone has a bad experience with A&E, the issue is likely on the customer because Jay and Anthony absolutely delivered top-notch service. If you’re looking for competent, professional, and efficient movers, A&E is the way to go. I’ll definitely use them again!

Do Not Use this company!!! U-haul needs to better monitor who they promote on their site. I hired them for 6hrs to move a 2bedroom appt. I rented a 26ft uhaul truck the biggest they had to ensure a smooth moving experience and avoid multiple trips. The guys that showed up worked ok for the first two hours then started lagging taking personal calls and disappeared often! We asked them multiple times to load our furniture and they kept telling us they would do the big furniture last and only loading our boxes and the smaller furniture. Bottom line after 6 hrs of the movers being there they did not complete the job. After 6 hrs they hadn't even loaded my stuff from my 2bd appt I was moving out of. I had booked them for 6 hrs so they could load up the truck and unload at my new place. This was a waste of time& money! These movers were horrible causing more trouble than it would have been had I just moved myself, which I ended up doing! Beware they will leave you high and dry!!

I booked these movers through Moving help U-Haul. This is a service. I have used over seven times in a span of 10 years and have never had an issue except for this time with these particular movers. Halfway through the job the owner of the company decided to leave without notice bc he underestimated how long the job would take and had another job. He asked me for the payment code which I thought was a little odd, but I had so many things on my mind as I was Moving that I didn't think into it too much. They followed me to my new location and once arrived, they abandoned the job and left me with a truck full of boxes, couch and a 55 inch TV. They didn't even tell me that they were going to leave. They just abandoned the job. I had no one else with me and an unlocked uhual truck, and no car since I rented my own uhual truck. I had to scramble and figure things out quickly which thankfully I did. Please think twice before supporting this business. I wish I would've looked on yelp since th
