I had to call the owner because the movers showed up late. I told them twice which pieces of furniture had to be moved and the truck didn’t have to be full, it just needed to contain these items. The took over two hours to pack the Uhaul. I entered my apartment and only half were moved. They finally emptied the trailer and were inside my new home. They asked for the payment code and a tip. I am a single woman with her two dogs and felt so uncomfortable doing so. I tipped them so they would leave even though I didn’t want to because they didn’t complete the job. After one of them kept asking if I was single and wanted my number. I have two pieces of furniture that is broken and the owner refuses to refund me for any of the job. I have never had such a terrible experience. I had to go back and move my king size bed and dining furniture by myself. I went to urgent care and I had broken my finger moving items. I hope people never use this company again.

I ordered two movers for two hours from MovingTech to help with my U-Haul move. One MovingTech mover failed to show up for the first hour. I negotiated with the contact person Eugene Davidovich for a refund, but I haven't received the refund.

This was the worst experience I have ever had with a moving service. Caution U-Haul does not back the service providers on moving help app. They will leave it for you to dispute with the service provider and all they have to do is not respond and your case will be closed in 14 days. I am out alot of money on this move, it's very upsetting and unsettling.
