Such a great experience! They were really communicative leading up to the move (which, I scheduled the day before), and unloaded our two U-Boxes SO quickly and efficiently. Clearly experienced and really thoughtful about how they move things - from big furniture to small stuff - and even placed things in the apartment in the right spots, which made it so much easier as we set up the apartment afterwards! This was a multi-level job, using a lift and taking an elevator, and they handled it so smoothly. Everything arrived in one piece and undamaged, including our big awkward flat screen TV! They were also just really kind, chill guys to have around during the moving process. Would recommend Brawn & Brains anytime and will use again in the future!
