I couldn't be more pleased with the service from Move Smart Bay Area! The two helpers who came out were Rafael and Cal. Both were extremely helpful and efficient. They were very kind as well. I felt very appreciative as I felt comfortable with them as a woman who was alone at the time which is not always the case in situations like these. If I ever have to move again in the area, I would without a doubt book with them again.

No fault of the moving company U-Haul location gave them the wrong Ubox, so they had to drive all the way back to get the correct one. So we were all delayed by 3 hrs. Movers carried 26 50lb boxes up 38 stairs without a break and seemed grateful for the good workout.
