Did not listen to instructions from the customer., poor wrapping of furniture, did not pad and wrap appliances, which led to friction on the washing machine and smoldering..(could have been a catastrophic fire. Disregarded information on glass and fragile boxes and placed them on the bottom of plies. I would never use this company again. Very poor quality of service and significantly overpriced. I am glad I chose the insurance option
