Mixed feelings. My UBox was delivered without confirmation until I called and texted again the morning of delivery. It was UHaul that assured me that the mover was an active business with them. Mover arrived at 11am when scheduled for 8am - 12pm. Surprisingly, it was only one person. I thought these were always 2 person jobs. Therefore, I pitched in and helped unload everything that was light. The mover was in good spirits and professional but all alone for a very full box. We were finished at 2pm. Again, that delay seemed unnecessary since the box was ready for pickup from UHaul early this morning.

UHaul gave the wrong Ubox. Movers had to go back to U-haul and return the Box that was not mine. Then had to go to another U-haul location to pick up the correct box. I was charged twice. now waiting for a refund.

Threw boxes into storage. charged me $300 for a truck on top of the cost for packing and moving. Did not show up the next day to finish moving. But payment was taken out of my credit card.
