The U-Box pick-up experience went well. Brandon was good about contacting me to get my desired pickup time. And I appreciated his offer to help me finish loading my final items into the box. Not long after his departure, he let me know that it had been delivered to the U-Haul facility. I am glad I chose Primetime Moving Services; I am a highly satisfied customer.

I hired Primetime Moving Services for U-Box drop-off and pick-up services only. I appreciated Brandon's friendly vibe, his ability to maneuver the box to a good spot for loading at my apartment, and his flexibility with the pick-up day and time. His Spanish-speaking ability with my neighbor facilitated my use of the loading spot. He was good about reaching out to inform me of his arrival status and to ask for my decision about keeping the box overnight. As a first-time U-Box renter, I had a very positive experience overall.

This was a big move for my dad, who I was helping move cross-country, and thanks to Brandon, everything went smoothly— from the initial communication prior to the move date to loading and locking up the U-Boxes. Is it possible to give 6 stars? Brandon and his colleague were professional, efficient and communicated well. Not to mention they were Tetris masters - you wouldn't believe the amount of stuff they safely packed into a u-haul pod for us! I would absolutely use them again with zero hesitation.
