I was contacted within the hour after making the reservation which put me at ease since I read about other loading-unloading teams not responding to calls, emails etc and never showing up. Michael was very responsive and professional when scheduling and accommodating a minor time change. Right on time and ready to go with the right equipment. The job was a little tedious due to a not so professionally packed truck (that was my bad) and a confusing system of door codes at my new building. Regardless, Michael and his assistant went to work and got through it. I’m grateful they took the job so last minute and were able to help because no way I would have survived doing it myself.
