OMAR & his mate's were excellent. They made it ON time & didn't waste any time & got the job done perfectly. I was moving from Fremont to Manteca, and they helped me at both places to load & unload. I am fully satisfied & would definitely hire them again if needed in the future. To any first timer using this service like i did, just hire Omar & let him know your game plan & i assure you he will get it done. They are trustworthy, well-spoken professional people.

They were professional and courteous and communicated early on when they had an unexpected issue came out. This allowed us to continue moving easy items instead of wondering where they are or if they will show up. Only thing I would suggest would be introducing themselves when they pick up the phone so customers are not left wondering if they got the right number. Overall, highly recommended!

The Co didn't show up on the day they were scheduled, Omar didn't change the date on uHauls site or update the service to 10-1. The following day he brought in people I was later told were off of Craigslist who were not professional movers, licensed, or fit for the job not only packing the truck poorly but clear wigging out on drugs. A few left early and a few more came to take their place, over 7 people came to move in total and Omar had very little involvement which was unsettling as he told me he was packing the truck himself making sure everything fit and was safe - he called the night before (at 8pm at night!) our scheduled day promising all of this and that he would be there. But he wasn't and we didn't get a call from him for over 6 hours. Many things were left in the house and we had to load our car and take them down to the truck where they left it. A few things broke like a large full size mirror and things we asked not to pack were packed. Unprofessional overall.
