The guys were awesome. On time, prepared to tackle the project, courteous, asked for clarification when needed, and we worked well together. Conversely, with MovingHelp as a company, there is much to be desired. First, they charge you to write this review but call it a handling fee and refund it if you write it. Think I am joking read the contract. Some lawyers had to have drafted the contract, but it is nothing short of blackmail-extortion. I had an issue getting the option for the review to come and spent over two hours trying to get a hold of customer service. I have no issue writing a glowing review for Jose and Jesus, but the company charging me to do it is not good business.
