I will not use again. Their communication prior to move was exceptional, and they showed up on time. HOWEVER, they were so slow, they brought a 3rd and asked me if I wanted him for an extra charge. I figured why not. That guy for 4 hours was like my 4 year old moving. Barely carried anything. Brought in 1 pillow at a time- when I myself carried 6 at a time. Then when it came time to pay and I had them all for an extra 1.5 hrs because they were so slow they made me pay them a full 2 extra hours! Then the rate of $75hr got bumped up to $85hr. I have moved 3 times over the last 10 years with all the same furniture and this by far was the slowest one
