I believe Uhaul and moving help emails to the customer should remind them to be sure to remember their lock keys to unlock the Ubox.

Orlando and his team were great to work with. Solid communication throughout our entire cross-country move. Our Ubox arrived early and they worked with us to deliver the furniture early, which was a huge help. I unfortunately forgot the key to our Ubox lock and they even broke the lock off of the box for us so that we wouldn't be held up. Great service all around for a great price, I highly recommend the team at White Glove Moving!
