The load was not secured properly and shifted during the short 2 mile drive to storage facility, damaging some large shrink-wrapped artwork. I offered the primary loader 4 new husky ratchet straps to secure a queen mattress but he declined to use them. This is a major fail for someone who is supposed to know how to properly secure items in a moving truck.

They were awesome! HP is a genius mover. He made it work perfectly and I am beyond pleased. I’ve never had fun during a move and this was actually an enjoyable, fun experience.
