I paid the company through U-Haul 280.00 for 2 hours of service and when Eric Hall came out they where done in 1 hour. Eric came over and told me it would be 150. for the Hour. and asked for the Code and I said to him I paid trough U-Haul 280. he said that I would get refunded for that. I then paid him 200. which was for the 1 hour of service plus a 50.00 tip , I contacted U-Haul which directed me to Moving Help. - Moving help told me that since I gave Eric the Code at the end of the service they release the 280.00 to Eric directly and they can not refund me and I would have to reach out to Eric which now does not answer my calls. I feel like I got scammed out of 280.00. So Beware.. I will be filling a dispute !! BUY BEWARE

They were very efficient and polite, and no objects were damaged in the process! Even though we both knew my move wouldn’t take the full 2 hrs that I had paid for, they didn’t want to help with wrapping a few objects like my nightstand. I had purchased the wrap but didn’t have the experience to know how to wrap the furniture. I think since we paid for 2 hrs, the movers should help with things like wrapping as long as we are under the allotted time. Also, I never received a phone call confirming the reservation. I called a few days in advance of the move date and was able to reach Eric. Then day of, I reached out again to confirm a time because he had not texted me yet even though it was already within the arrival window. At that time, he did respond promptly

The movers were efficient and quick, and they got a one-bedroom apartment loaded in the truck in about half an hour. The communication with the moving company leading up to the move day was not so great, unfortunately. They did, however, accommodate a time change request, so that was appreciated.

Eric was excellent he communicated after i booked to say he would be in touch a few days before to see if there were any changes. Eric and Rudy work very efficiently and hard and are worth every penny and some. i will use them again
