The person in charge of the service spent his time looking at his cell phone and letting his assistant do most of the work. So loading the truck took 2 hours and 15 minutes. The transfer took 20 minutes and he only unloaded 3 objects from the truck because according to him the time had already run out. I ended up doing the work myself, so I need a refund.
