These guys were great. Fun to hang out with and they knew what they were doing. They had all the tools needed- 2 dollies, slings and straps. They may look a little rough but they are great guys, don't judge a book by its cover. Couldn't imagine making the move without them.

On time and friendly

Confirmed services and arrival time night before, but then showed up 45 minutes late. When I called and asked if we were still 'a go' for service that day, (I called at 845 am, when they should have arrived at 830), they just said 'yeah, we are running behind.' NO CALL, NO RESPECT for my time. A call letting me know would have gone a long way, I understand life happening and being late, but a call to the customer demonstrates respect for their time and creates an illusion of professionalism. Had crew for 3 hours and they unloaded my 26 ft Uhaul in 1.5 hrs. So it was nice fast work. I did not have major large furniture and only a few peices had to go upstairs. They were nice guys but the lack of respect kicking off morning set me on edge, I wouldn't use again, despite good job and getting done under time.
