This company was the worst ever. I have used Uhaul movers before with a good experience. These guys just threw things in the trucks and multiple broken items....many many! Plus I had 24 blankets and now only 14 and they kept a roll of rope I provided. When I contacted them about the broken items I was told that my things were already that way. Who packs a broken mirror? Marble mantel was broken, legs on a antique buffet. The next day when unloading also using movers, they said it was the worst loading job they have ever seen and it took four hours over the allotted time due to the mess. So many pieces of furniture scratched up and dinged. Frames have big chunks out of them, gouges in stuff. Side of refrigerator has big scratches. Concrete statuary chipped and a bird bath with a huge chunk out of it. I mean it...do not use these guy. When I opened the back of the truck I was shocked as I was loading another truck and did not watch them load. I trusted them, DO NOT trust!

They knocked it out of the park with packing all my belongings into the box truck. Utilized all available space and double checked everything before the job was complete. Highly recommended, professional and hard working!

They were excellent. On time. Took great care in delicately moving the furniture in. Very friendly. And, made sure to ask us if we wanted anything moved around as we were trying to figure out where things should go. They also were fast. Very businesslike. This is a great service provided by U-Haul, and a wonderful team to work with. Thanks.
