Overall, I had a good experience with the two gentleman who loaded my U-Pack container. Unfortunately, I had several framed posters that weren’t effectively secured in the loaded container that ended up getting scratched and broken. I had to replace them for $92.51. If the posters weren’t simply loosely placed on top of everything, they would’ve arrived a good condition. A couple of my dressers were also dinged during the transport process, but everything else showed up without major issue.

Overall my experience with Tyrell's team was positive and I would book them again if needed. I booked the service about a week before my move. Communication was overall good but timing could have been a little better. It was unclear exactly what time the guys would show up until I got the call that they were on the way. I knew they were coming on the selected day but it wasn't clear if it would be noon, 1pm, or 2pm. The movers did a great job. They acted professionally and showed care when moving items by being careful not to hit or ding walls and doors. I would recommend Tyrell and his team.

Our move was unexpectedly canceled the night before it was scheduled due to unforeseen circumstances. However, the next morning, the situation changed again. Tyrell quickly arranged for our move to take place and had two men on-site within an hour and a half. The young men who worked on the job were efficient, hardworking, and courteous. The next time I need a moving company, I will definitely call Tyrell!
