I was hesitant about leaving this review, but in good conscience, I cannot stay silent. I've already communicated with the manager about the awful attitude one of the workers had and absolutely unprofessional comments he made. But now that I'm going around my house and checking things, my couch has been made dirty by their complete carelessness, although they had literally over 14 blankets available to use (but didn't). Also, what convinced me to leave this review is that not only did they make some ridiculous excuses to not move my son's bed (it couldn't be taken apart) - my friend and I, 2 females, had no issue taking the bed apart in less than 15 minutes and moving it to the apartment ALONE, but 3 grown men couldn't do it. BUT ALSO, the one bed they did move, they didn't put the main side screws on, although they put the mattress on it, like business as usual. When I went check on it a minute ago, the bed was super wobbly and I was trying to figure out why... unbelievable.
