Abdullah and Faisal were excellent. They were very professional and they worked hard the whole 5 hours. I was impressed with their willingness to keep pushing all the way to the end. They had excellent ideas and know how on efficient truck stacking. One poor element was the pre move communication. Texting and calling the number of file yielded no response about 5 days before the move. An email was responded to with a comment that they would contact me a couple days before the move. All the way up to the night before the move, no attempt from the manager to contact. Eventually late the night before there was a call to arrange a time. The movers also showed up 15 minutes late without an attempt to contact. I'll say, moving is a very stressful time. There are a lot of things being coordinated. Truck, getting key to and from each landlord, required move out date, ect. If one thing goes wrong or if in this case you don't know if a critical element is happening, it creates stress.

My experience with this provider was horrible. They forced me to pay an extra $600 in cash before they would start the job, claiming that U-Haul and MovingHelp messed up on the quote. When my boxes arrived at their destination, items were broken because of faulty packing. For example, a box of cast iron skillets (which was labeled as EXTREMELY HEAVY (in all caps) on all sides) was placed on top of a box of glassware, which was labeled EXTREMELY FRAGILE (in all caps) on all sides. The movers at the destination were so shocked that they suggested I take photos. There was also damage to some chairs and a desk. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not use this company. It was a horrible experience.

We had a great experience with the moving help U-Haul sent to assist us with our load-out today. Despite the U-Haul app not allowing detailed scheduling beyond the truck pick-up time, the team was flexible and able to arrive the day after we picked up the truck—right on time and as we had arranged. From the start, they were cooperative and adaptable. Our loading process wasn’t the typical load-and-go; we needed to sort and prioritize items based on how they would be unloaded later. The team respected that, followed our direction closely, and adjusted to our shifting needs throughout the day. They worked hard, anticipated our requests when they could, and never lost their focus or energy. In short, they were punctual, professional, and efficient. They followed directions, went with our flow, and got the job done on time. We really appreciated their help and would gladly recommend
