Communication was good at first as they reached out to make arrangements, which was load a truck at my house & unload it into storage. But on the day things didn't go well. We ordered 2 guys for 2 hours for $240 & they showed up with 4 guys. I asked why & they said so it will go twice as fast, but you can only go so fast in loading a truck, so we had more people to coordinate & they loaded the truck ok but more people was not a help. When we got to the storage place they said the one hour was up & they were going to leave & wanted us to pay for 4 guys for an hour for them to stay for $480. I told them that I ordered 2 guys for 2 hours, so by that logic they could do one more hour for that rate, but even that rate went up higher than was at booking. So we were billed another $280 for an hour to unload the truck & they rushed through it, poorly packed it into storage in less than 30 min, demanded payment, & left. Felt robbed and have to repack the storage myself. Not a good experience.
