The guys were polite, good communicators and great attitude of helping. They took care to protect my belongings and I appreciated that. They did struggle to pack the van as they left the large bulky items last. They finally had to unload the entire truck and repack so large items went in first and then it all fit. This caused the whole process to go much longer which then resulted in having to get on the highway during rush hour. I thought it was 2 hour, 3 hour job max but ended being charged 4 hours.

Thomas made sure we were ready to go for the big move. The 2 guys (Jason and Cosimo) he sent were awesome. They were very careful, thorough, and fast! They made sure to ask where things were supposed to go in the new house, and left everything super clean. They had great attitudes and never flinched about difficult obstacles.
