They showed up on time. My building had issues which made this job a lot longer than it should have been. The guys were sweet however, they did not pack the uhaul properly. Everything shifted and several things fell. I gave them a couple bungee cords to help wrap things up and they just attached it across the uhaul not securing anything. My couch leg was broken. My tv stand was scratched up as well as other wood furniture. I provided a blankets to wrap them and reminded them multiple times but they didn’t cover my tv stand. I told them it was the ONE thing I cared about being protected. They didn’t have a sense of urgency when working and it didn’t seem like they knew how to properly load things to be the most efficient. I was very disappointed in this experience and I chose them because they had such great reviews.

I have absolutely 0 complaints with these guys! They unpacked a 26 foot truck in about 2 hours. I thought I was being ambitious starting at 3 hours and hoping it would get wrapped up in that time, but these guys really flew through it. Everything seemed to be handled with care, even our solid oak furniture. Super accommodating. 100 percent would book again for any moving needs.
