I would not hire them again. First, movers were 2 hours late after scheduled move out time. Then Lester put a 65 inch TV against the truck without anything holding it and it fell on its front screen and broke it. Had to take the TV out of the box and turn it on to see its screen cracked. Never apologized or took accountability! Was rude when bringing up the cost of the TV. Only said he wouldn’t not charge me an extra $200 he was going to up-charge me for loading a washer-dryer combo that I had discussed the night before would need extra help but didn’t bring extra movers til the day of. Did the cost of the TV equal the ‘discount’ he gave me. Absolutely not but here we are. Will just hire the guys waiting outside of Home Depot next time who will have better customer service!
