Richard and his helper worked quickly, carefully, and thoughtfully. For example, unprompted, they removed and emptied the grease trap and tray from my barbecue before asking for a trash bag and wrapping it up for transport. Normally, a barbecue goes in the backyard but in my place it goes on the second floor patio so they didn’t haul a dirty barbecue across my floors and carpets. Highly recommended.
