the biggest issue with the movers was that they didn't want to use a moving strap even though I offered it to them. they moved everything perfectly without any issues but when it got to the fridge, they damaged the surface and the doors. this act was the unprofessional work that they did and arguing the damage the made was the worse because they tried to blame it on us which was not acceptable.

The mover's were professional and got the job done. They were delayed upon arrival due to them having issues with the truck so that did put me behind schedule but they communicated the issue and worked quickly.
