Moving helpers did a very poor job. They did not plan on keeping the heavier items below which resulted in boxes being damaged upon arrival. Even after asking him to secure the mattresses using rope he never bothered to do it. Even though I provided them covers for comforter and pillows were just tossed into the container which got dirty and dusty. Furniture pads were not used to cover or secure the furniture and were simply tossed into container. Everything was dirty and dusty upon arrival forcing us clean everything. I would rather do the job myself even though it would be difficult for me rather than taking help from them. Be careful before you hire them or get disappointed.

The team arrived 4 hours after the requested start time. Communication prior to the service was lacking. Work was done well once team arrived and began working.
