The communication was not the best. I was satisfied with the quickness of placing my items in the truck until they decided to disassemble my bed frame without asking me. This is upsetting because I only hired them for loading; I’ve moved that frame one other time and there was no need to pull apart-not sure how to put together. Also, they took the legs off my ottoman and I have no idea where the legs went. I realized until I got to the storage which is 2 hours away from my apartment. What pushed me over the edge is not that they arrived 30 mins late, but that the movers told their boss that they worked an additional hour. I reached out to Adrian to let him know that was not true and he told me he would talk to the movers and I didn’t hear back from him until 4 hours late saying not to worry, that he had canceled the additional hour. Customer service goes a long way, an apology would’ve swayed me from sharing my negative experience.

Normally the company reaches out but not in this case as I had to initiate contact to make sure everything was in order. Not a good start. The guys showed up one hour later than planned. 30 minutes into working, they didn’t look like they were going to make it so I had to go to Home Depot and hire additional help to keep the job within the time window - I had scheduled help arranged for the unload. Nice guys but I would not recommend.

Did not stay in touch before the move. Had to call multiple times. Had car trouble and was late. I told them I wanted to book them for a couple hours the following day and they said okay, and then took another job so I had to hire someone else, and it took me four tries to get somebody who was available on that last day.
