This is not a professional business, if you are looking for actual movers that handle your belongings with care this is not the company for you. The employees that showed up were very clearly under the influence of marijuana, and yes I do understand it is legal in the state of California. I have no issue with that, the problem is doing it while you are on a job. Next my couch was torn during the process, yes we came to a agreement which I appreciate but the initial response to the problem was that things sometimes happen, which is very true they do but as a company you need to determine whether or not you are capable of completing the job without doing damage to someone’s property. You don’t damage someone’s property and then say that the pathway was too narrow. Be honest with your capabilities and respect that people work hard for their belongings. Again this is not a professional business.

Ruben and Jesse were hard workers, and made loading our storage unit into a U-Haul look like they were the best Tetris players ever! They were able to use every square inch of space by professionally packing boxes and even loose items in our truck. Not one item broken in a 1,500 mile journey. They were both very hard working, going above and beyond to finish the job. We would recommend them, and we are going to use them again. We were very happy with their hard work ethics, and professional service. Thank you so much for your help guys!!
