Timely and communicative. Could have taken their time to do a better job moving my items into the truck and making better use of the space. I paid for 2 hours and it felt like they rushed and we ended up running out of space and leaving gaps in the truck.

The guys that helped me move were fantastic. They did a great job loading the truck and then unloading and moving everything into the storage unit. My only complaint is with the reservation process and this is all due to Uhaul’s poor customer service and poor website.

I have been debating thus review. However, the lack of communication after being 20 min late to appointment. The rushing my boxes and furniture out left unsecured by elevator on my floor 4th and ground level as well by the truck. I was concerned that items might get stolen by pedestrian as I'll say. I am am missing few boxes and items that where in those boxes. Upon arrival 2 guys show up after 1 hour an 20 min then 30 min later 2 others show and only two stayed. The other two left. I had two appliance dolly's with straps to help hold my boxes from falling. Not only did they over load a regular hand dolly they continously kept dropping my boxes with glass wear and kitchen. Had glasses and memorabilia mugs broken. I usually don't leave a bad review. But thier are some I have to share. Sorry guys you rushed because you showed up late and unsecuring my boxes and 0ersonal items properly. Had to share the truth. Wish I had the option 9f using the other guys I used last two tThey the t

I paid for 5 hours of help and when I reached out to them they agreed 5 hours was what I needed. The job was completed in 3 and a half hours, which was really because they moved everything as quickly as they could with little regard to placement and possible damage. I asked for an adjustment on the cost as we didn’t fill the full 5 hours, they said there wasn’t any way for them to do that. They were in a rush to leave, never asked me if I needed more done since the time hadn’t been filled. There were comments like I know that tip will be big and when I asked for something to be move one said if you ask me nicely. They took one of my dollies in addition to the one the uhaul came with and tossed it in the truck at the end which uhaul ended up taking my personal dollie.
