Terry was arrived promptly for the job, and clearly very experienced. He worked well with my volunteer help, and did a great job of organizing the loading and unloading. He was unfazed by the fact that the job wasn't quite ready, and we were still packing when he arrived. He was able to busy himself with loading items that were ready to load while we finished preparing the rest of the job. He knew exactly what to do, and when and how to do it. He's the only mover I've ever worked with, who took care with furniture items and actually used the blankets I'd ordered to protect furniture. I'm so glad I chose High Quality Moving over other options UHaul offered. They were the right people to contract with!

I paid $120 an hour to move in a loveseat, buffet table and bedroom dresser. I figured they would have extra time so I asked them to assemble a bed and a desk. They couldn’t get either items together. Someone offered to come back and fix the items but they never showed or responded to follow up communication. There’s a lot of companies that offer moving support. Hire someone else.
