Some of the furniture's moving blankets and shrink wrapped material were removed by the movers without asking us. The moving blankets and.shrink wrapped material were there to protect the furniture during the move. One of the furniture was an expensive Italian leather sofa that was covered with a plastic sofa cover but was removed by Dan. Also, the king size mattress was purposely released on its own to slide down the stairs instead of handling it with care. We were extremely disappointed because of the of care and professionalism. BTW, the two helpers receive cash tips!
