One of the movers worked really hard to load our truck, and he was amazing. We would give him 5 stars. My boyfriend said he would help move boxes since we live on a 3rd floor walk up, and wanted to make sure it would all get done in the two hour window. My boyfriend worked harder than the other mover, who stayed in the truck most of the time rearranging. I understand that packing the truck tightly is an important part of the job, but one of the movers should not be doing less work than the person moving and who is paying for the services. It was not nearly as efficient of a job as it could have been.

Company didn’t reach out to me for over a week after I booked, and then changed the arrival time by half an hour. However, the 2 guys that arrived were awesome and very professional. They took about 1.75 hours for my one bedroom apartment and packed everything perfectly in my U-Haul so nothing moved.
