Reyes Moving and Transport did an excellent job of communicating with us from the time our appointment was booked through the job's completion. They handled contacting the U-haul facility, arranging to pick up our U-box, and the delivery to our house at the appointment time we set up. They arrived and were very kind and professional. They handled our furniture carefully, taking care to avoid any damage to our furniture or our home. The team at Reyes Moving and Transport unloaded our box in no time. They didn't mind unloading our furniture both in our house and in our garage with a smile. Reyes Moving and Transport communicate well to get your job set up, they are professional and courteous, and I highly recommend them for your moving needs.

After calling Reyes to verify what time to expect them (because I hadn’t heard from them all week) they no-showed the time they scheduled. I called and texted multiple times but never heard back from them and neither did UHaul when they never showed to pick up my Uboxes. I had to pay nearly double to get last minute moving help to replace them. They never even had the courtesy to reach out with an excuse. DON’T TRUST THEM TO SHOW UP.
