Men showed up on time. They came into the house and started taking things to our truck. Owner showed up to let us know we hired his expertise and his trained men who also had expertise of moving. However, they did not understand that we did not hire their expertise, only their muscle. This was our move, not theirs. Spoke to us like we were children. Because of the problem of not moving us like we planned, at the 8 hour time limit, only half our house was moved. They went home, we loaded our truck by ourselves and finished it ourselves, the second half of the house. We even bought their lunch, made sure they took breaks and dirtied our dishes for them to drink water occasionally. Make sure you do your move their way. We have hired movers several times through U-Haul. These were, by far, the worst ones.
