My items were stacked to cause easy damage even to items wrapped. Electrical cords to my person items were used to tie down things.

Fred's Moving LLC was so wonderful to work with. U-haul was a nightmare and changed our truck pick-up time and location multiple times within 24hrs of when we were meant to get it. This meant multiple calls and texts to Fred's since it didn't look like we'd have the truck in time for when we'd scheduled them to come help us move. They were so understanding and accommodating. Highly recommend them!

Communication prior to move was fantastic. The two gentleman who helped me load arrived on time and were professional. They worked hard. However, the way they packed things caused many of my items to break and they were wrapped very well. They loaded boxes labeled fragile on their sides and to the point where many fell. I had broken dishes, cups, candles, utensil holder, statues, et. Quite a lot damaged.
