Timothy is mentally unstable, passive-aggressive, immature, and lacks professionalism. First he and team showed up with alcohol on their breath. Just 20 minutes into the move he quickly became angry and even asked if I was racist, simply because I was directing his team as I have for every move over the past 30 years. (and I did not expect them to magically know that our pods needed to have certain key things near the door since they would be in storage for months while we shop for a new house. Things my wife and I had planned out for a week before they arrived.) He was ready to quit, leaving us in a lurch. His behavior was erratic, his team was uncooperative, and the entire experience was a nightmare. I have yet to see if they purposely damaged anything in our pods during the move... and if we do find any intentional malice, we will pursue legal action. If you value your sanity and want a professional move, look elsewhere. Timothy and his team are not equipped to handle the job. Run.
