My electronic piano was the last thing on the truck but they didn't secure it at all. So when we got to my new place it had fallen over. Fortunately the unloading mover caught it bafore it fell out of the truck. Now all scratched up. Also, even though there was enough room in the truck they didn't pack every thing. So now i have to back and get a lot of stuff. I won't ever be using them again.
