DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! The two movers arrived with great energy and were jovial throughout the move; however, they handled my belongings without the care needed to keep things from breaking. They broke a $1,200 TV by flipping the box multiple times and cramming it into the truck. The owner (‘John’) has since been dodging responsibility by making statements like ‘I don’t even know if the TV worked before’ or ‘We didn’t pack it.’ Meanwhile, since it was booked through Uhaul, the option for ‘MoveSafe’ insurance was not offered during booking. So these negligent people can get away with cramming and jamming onto the next job without any repercussions. As a consumer, I see it as this company owes me at minimum the insurance deductible, and at most $1,200 for a new TV.

Timely and communicative. Could have taken their time to do a better job moving my items into the truck and making better use of the space. I paid for 2 hours and it felt like they rushed and we ended up running out of space and leaving gaps in the truck.

The guys that helped me move were fantastic. They did a great job loading the truck and then unloading and moving everything into the storage unit. My only complaint is with the reservation process and this is all due to Uhaul’s poor customer service and poor website.
