Mishun called a few days before the move to confirm they'd be there at 1030am. They showed up at 1030 on the dot and were very efficient in loading and unloading our stuff. We had them booked for 4 hours per the U-Haul website's suggestion, but they were finished in under 3. We had a desk that we didn't realize wouldn't fit through the doorway without being disassembled, and they helped to do so. We also had a couch that wouldn't fit through our new basement door. They explained everything, attempted to see if the legs could come off (sadly, they couldn't), and I appreciate that they tried but didn't force it and scratch up our walls.
